Since the very beginning, our approach has been sculptural and inspired by the world of fine arts. We believe that mastering the simplicity of forms enables us to create timeless and enduring designs.

For this series of pure silk twill scarves, we have created a gently abstract language that tries to capture the essence of some of Constantin Brancusi’s iconic sculptures, such as Madamoiselle Pogány, La jeune fille sophistiquée, Bird in space, Le coq, The Kiss, La négresse blonde, Léda, Young bird or The endless column.

This abstract vocabulary is Maestoso’s homage to a true revolutionary and patriarch of modern sculpture.

The Maestoso scarf can be worn beautifully in so many ways. Tie her around the hair as chic head scarf, wrap it around your handbag handle or use it as a vibrant strap, and a gorgeous handkerchief style top. Its history starts in 1945 in Como, the famed textile district for premium fabrics.

ECO-FRIENDLY • ORGANIC SILK

All our scarves are made from organic silk, that is created without the use of any chemicals or treatments using insecticides, pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. The silkworms are allowed to live out their full lives and die naturally in an ecological environment.

GOTS CERTIFIED

We are immensely proud that all our scarves are Global Organic Textile Standards certified. This is the most important standard for sustainable production and it means that the product is sourced, processed and manufactured sustainably from start to finish.
