Free worldwide delivery
The products are shipped worldwide free of charge by express courier to your chosen address within 1-2 working days from placing the order.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
Maestoso is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.
Maestoso cannot be held responsible for possible delays caused by the courier companies.
Shipping to Europe
DHL Express delivery: 1-3 days Working Days
No duties will be charged when shipping within Europe.
Shipping to UK & USA
DHL Express delivery: 2-4 days Working Days
All import duties and taxes to United Kingdom and United States of America are included in the price stated at checkout.
Shipping to Rest of The World
DHL Express delivery: 3-5 days Working Days
We ship with duties paid – this means that all duties are included in the cost at checkout and you don’t have to pay duties upon delivery.
Canceling the order

Return of products
Any product can be returned within 30 days of receipt. In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be new, unused and packed in the original box. Violation of one or more conditions entails the refusal of return.
The return of the product will be done exclusively by courier at: Bucharest, 10 Povernei Street, District 1, Romania
Refund
Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Maestoso. We will process your refund as soon as possible and an email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited by bank transfer to he account indicated by you.
Please be aware that if any items shipped are rejected and returned to Maestoso ( the delivery address is wrong or there is no one to accept the package) we are unable to refund original shipping charges, custom charges or any return/rejection charges incurred by Maestoso.
